Sakuraku Shimizu
Sakurako Shimizu has a BFA in Design from Tokyo Zokei University (Japan) and an MFA in Metals from Suny New Paltz. Sakurako has exhibited nationally and internationally, and her work has been featued in design magazines such as Kunsthandwerk & Design (Germany) and in the Shanghai Morning Post. Her work is on view at the Julie Artisans' Gallery here in NYC, the Heidi Lowe Gallery in Delaware, and was included at Love Design exhibition 2009 Salone del Mobil in Milan, Italy and 2009 STRP Festival in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
