Alexander Flynn is currently the Head Mozzarella Maker for the Eataly Flatiron location in New York City. Alex is a native of Lexington, Kentucky, and comes from a farming background. He is also a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

He was part of the original crew that opened the Eataly Flatiron store in 2010, and he returned to Eataly after pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Government and Economics.
