Candlelight Yoga, Sound Bath and Tea Ceremony

Treat yourself to a healing experience to soothe your busy week. In this special workshop in NYC, you'll participate in intention-setting journaling, tea ceremony, yoga class, and sound bath.

In this special yoga and sound immersion, we offer the following experiences:

• Intention-Setting Journaling: each week we follow the rhythms of the moon to manifest, reflect and reset our intentions with writing prompts.
• Restorative Ashtanga-inspired Yoga–starting with the Sun Salutation, we will go through gentle poses in Ashtanga Primary series with modifications, which will activate your body heat and circulation.
• Candlelight Sound Bath–towards the end of the workshop, a soundscape uniquely designed for seven chakra cleansing will be performed live with seven crystal bowls.
