This workshop will introduce a variety of massage techniques for your partner or friend. We will cover basic swedish and deep tissue techniques. Please wear loosely fitting clothing or shorts and tank tops and bring a yoga mat and a sheet or thin blanket. each partner will receive a full body massage from their partner during the workshop.
