Age Requirements: 18 and older
Average Class Size: 30
Teacher: ArtTable DC

What you'll learn in this general management training:

Hillyer welcomes ArtTable DC for the second program in a series of professional development programs this Spring!

Today, any given arts organization can have up to five generations working side-by-side, with each generation having different approaches, expectations, and philosophies. In this casual evening, meet representatives from the “millennial” generation and beyond as they share stories and strategies around how they recognize generational differences in work styles, solve related conflicts, and use assets from each generation’s toolkit to work together successfully. Representatives from both large institutions and small businesses are represented. Anyone who has to manage younger staff, or younger professionals who want to learn to “manage up” will benefit from this evening.
