Le Grand Triage is your destination for wine, spirits, classes, and more.
We were founded with the mission to make stellar wine and spirits accessible to everyone. In our retail space, we feature producers that are transparent about their production practices by carrying a highly curated selection of wine and spirits. In the annex behind our retail space, we teach a variety of classes suitable for experts and novices alike and host exclusive, high-end tastings for serious wine aficionados.

Excellent class. The sommelier was thorough for a Wine 101. He made the class enjoyable. Better than buying a book about the winery. -

great teacher and interesting topics. Wish they had given some more whisky per glass, was pretty small that made it difficult to really get a taste. -

The variety of wines and cheeses was great! I definitely learned a lot and got to try new things. The only reason I did not give this a 5 is because the class started 15 minutes late and we found out after the class that some of the information (history) provided was wrong. Overall it was very enjoyable! -

Eric was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny! I am fairly new to drinking wine myself, and this class helped me to better appreciate the complexities and nuances when tasting wine, in conjunction with eating various foods. -

Eric was very knowledgeable on wines however the selection of wines presented was mediocre at best. With exception of one of the wines, the rest were fair to poor tasting choices. Concept of class is great but need to have better quality vintages to showcase wine/cheese pairings. -

Instructor was unprepared. Didn’t pair the wine with the food. Didn’t even know what kind of cheese was on our plate. Read from prepared notes and didn’t seem to have previously tasted the wines or look at the map of Italy which she struggled to reference. -
