Break Through Blocks & Unlock Your Potential: An Ongoing Process Group

This is a process group for people who are willing and ready to dive deep for deep healing so that they can break through blocks and step into their full potential in their relationships and careers!

It is also a safe space for creating joyful community with likeminded people!

We will use the following modalities and practices:

• Sharing vulnerably in a safe space to be deeply seen and heard for the truth of who you are. When we are seen, heard and reflected, we can step into our authentic selves. Being witnessed in a safe group setting is especially powerful because it fosters connection and support and at times, authentic friendships. In group settings, you start to realize that you are not alone and that we have more in common than we think. Creating community on your healing journey is absolutely essential. I firmly believe that we cannot grow to our full potential alone. We need other friends, sisters and brothers on the path who are supporting us along the way, and who we can in turn encourage and support. We rise together, after all!
• Various body centered healing modalities such as: energy healing, core energetics, and chakra medition. Creating change only on the mental level (through affirmations and talk therapy) while helpful, cannot bring about deep and lasting change. The old wounds, negative emotions and defensive patterns are lodged in the body; these wounds in the body are what keeps us from stepping into our full power and authentic selves. When we use body centered practices to release old patterns, we can experience the change we so deeply want. This inner clearing will help you to make space for more joy, authentic relationship with yourselves and others, and allow you to unlock your gifts and potential.
• Belief exercises: uncover and discard unconscious limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Replace them with beliefs that will support you to thrive! We will use somatic practices so that you can integrate and embody new empowering beliefs.
• Sacred ritual, dance, writing exercises.

This class/event takes place in our covered outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly. Events will take place rain or shine.
