Wine is the inspiration for this three-course Italian meal. In this virtual cooking class, Chef Chris will share tips and techniques on how to incorporate wine into your own cooking routine. You'll begin with toasted crostini topped with olive oil, wine-roasted grapes and herbed ricotta. You'll prepare an entree of tender chicken Marsala made with rich Marsala wine, oregano and fresh mushrooms. Dessert is a sweet and flourless chocolate cake made with red wine, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.

Technology Connect with the chef using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device.
Class Participation Chime in with questions through audio or chat. Use of video is optional.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
